Walsh Engineering Solutions is a team of mechanical design, drafting and consulting engineers. Our training and qualifications allow us to provide engineering solutions for the complex scenarios facing heavy industries in Queensland. 

Through years of training and experience we have developed the skills and systems that help the gas, mining, transport, agriculture and materials handling industries operate more efficiently.      

Expert Engineers

Our team of engineers hold all relevant degrees and certifications for designing and implementing systems for heavy industries. Our certifications include: Chartered Professional Engineers (CPEng), Registered Professional Engineers Queensland (RPEQ), Australian Institute of Engineers Registered (NPER3), and Queensland Transport accredited. 

Our Managing Director Kevin Walsh also holds a Bachelor of Engineering, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Computing and is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia. 

Certification Specialists

Our team includes government approved certification agents for heavy equipment and transport vehicles. These certifications include: Road Vehicle Certification System Agents (RVCS), VIN agents, Vehicle Design Approval agents, NEVDIS preferred submission agents and Performance Based Standards (PBS) Certifiers.

We have a thorough understanding of government certification processes and current regulations. We can help you get your vehicle and equipment certificates faster and more efficiently to help your business run better.  

Experienced in Gas and Mining

Our engineers have worked in Queensland’s heavy industries for over 40 years, with experience designing and adapting equipment for a wide variety of applications. We have worked extensively with the gas and mining industries and have well-developed systems for moving and extracting underground materials. 

Our bespoke designs include many different types of container lifters, including the conventional load cell type and a tracked system for unloading containers. We have modified equipment from road graders to tree trimming machines.
